Melissa is a native Texan, growing up in West Texas and earning a business degree from Texas Tech University. After college, she began her career in banking as a relationship manager for large corporate clients. Wanting to work with people on a more personal level, she changed careers and began writing and editing for publications such as Pregnancy Magazine and Women’s Health & Fitness.

She uses her excellent communication skills and customer service experience to be a strong advocate for her clients and truly understand their real estate needs.

Melissa and her husband have lived in Houston for 20 years, raising their three children at West University. An avid runner, Melissa can often be seen taking a loop around Memorial Park, usually with her black Lab Tyson in tow!
